Soleil Rouge 2018

Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

Beautiful intense garnet colour with some tawny hues. Complex nose with notes of vanilla, spices, roasted hazelnuts and black fruits in jam. The mouth is full, refined by the ageing. Elegant fine tannins give a nice length and a nice finish to the wine.

A perfect match for beef tenderloin en croute with morel sauce.
