MAS BAUX, organic wine estate

The MAS BAUX is a 12.5 hectare organic wine estate. This old Catalan farmhouse from the 18th century is located on a superb terroir: a Quaternary terrace between Perpignan and Canet-en-Roussillon, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean. Serge Baux, the winegrower, has made the choice of organic, respect for nature and institutes as much manual work as possible, such as harvesting, sorting the grapes on the table ... Thanks to his demand for quality, the estate offers wines with great fruit, freshness and great elegance.
