The firm palate has chewiness, volume and freshness. The elegance on the palate with tasty aromas of cooked fruits, tight tannins and a long and fine finish.

A wine to keep and enjoy with a Sunday roast with all the trimmings, roast beef or veal with gravy, roast lamb - also excellent with a summer BBQ. It will be perfect with beef tenderloin en croute with morel sauce. A good match with paella.
