Splendid, bright ruby colour. A very fresh and fruity nose with notes of raspberry and blackberry jelly, which also opens up to floral scents of violet. The mouth is greedy and juicy, also fresh and fine. Flavours of crushed red fruits mingle with tasty spices. The delicate character of this wine is amplified by very fine tannins. Serve chilled.

Perfect as an aperitif with crunchy vegetables, but also with fine grilled lamb with herbs, squid or grilled red mullet, exotic salads, but also pizzas, burgers...
