Beautiful luminous dark garnet colour. Rich in scents, the first nose is very typical of leather, Lucques olive, roasted red pepper. After aeration, we perceive notes of fresh garrigue herbs and pepper. The wine is powerful and fleshy, juicy, ample, with nice tight tannins. The mouth is long with a rare elegance.

It will be the ideal companion for wild boar "grand veneur", hare “à la royale” and other beautiful game dishes in sauce. Also succulent with grilled meat with herbs.
