Epsilon 2017

"Epsilon" is a wine from a single barrel selection (occasionally two) after 18 months of aging.

A blend made with mostly Syrah, a more recent addition to our vineyards, which is perfectly suited for good ripening, and a small percentage of old Grenache and Carignan from the Domaine.

This gives a rich, opulent and smooth tasting wine, with velvet tannins and aromas of black fruits, liquorice and spices.
