L’Éphémère 2020

Ephemeral because it doesn’t stay in the glass for long ! This is an intense rosé meant for the dinner table. I combine a direct pressing of Grenache with a saignée (bleeding) of Syrah and Carignan and a short ageing on fine lees. I avoid fermentation aromas like the plague and let the wine take precedence !
