Domaine Vaquer

Domaine Vaquer has been a family estate for 5 generations since 1912. Located in the heart of Aspres, on the foothills of Canigou in Roussillon, the 16 ha vineyard lies at an altitude of 200m. A balcony position overlooking the sea, the very stony clay-limestone terroir and "Tramontane" wind which sweeps through the vines, make it possible to develop wines with finesse and freshness, often with long aging potential. In organic conversion for 3 years, we always look for an expression of terroir and vintage. My sensitivity as a woman, oenologist and Burgundian finishes to complete the alchemy.
