Description
The parcels of vines have permanent grass cover with shredding of the vegetation when the bunches start forming.. All treatments are with natural products. Manual harvest in 15 kilos boxes. Spends one month in vat with no additives or intervention, except for a low dose of sulphur. A wine suitable for ageing, bottled at the property.
