Description
Made from a parcel of old Carignan vines planted in 1911. The vineyard is maintained with permanent grass cover (no ploughing). All treatments are with natural products. Manual harvest in 15 kilos boxes. Spends one month in vat with no additives or intervention, except for a low dose of sulphur. A wine suitable for ageing, bottled at the property.
