Description
Produced on our highest plots surrounded by scrubland, Passions is a wine typical of the area. Aged for one year in oak barrels, it is full-bodied, fresh, with great complexity. Notes of ripe fruits, cocoa, finely oaked, with a long and salty finish. The tannins are melty and the wine is very easy-to-drink, despite its 15% of alcohol.
