Domaine F.Jaubert

The Domaine is in Ponteilla, in the heart of Aspres, Roussillon - Occitanie. In front of Mount Canigou, the vineyard covers about 30 hectares, ten of which are on silty clay and limestone soils from the Pliocene. The other 20 hectares are on Quaternary terraces made up of stony soils with quartz pebbles and schist fragments. Ten grape varieties make it possible to obtain a great diversity of wines, from the most endemic like Grenache, Carignan, Muscat... to the rarest in Roussillon, like Chardonnay. The plots have been cultivated organically since 2019 (certification for 2022 vintage).
