Winemaking: Harvest: handpicking in grape bucket of 20 kg, harvest when grapes reach beautiful maturity. Winemaking: fermentation in stainless steel vats. Mutage on grain. Ageing: ageing in stainless steel tanks and early bottling. Wine tasting: this Banyuls made in stainless steel vats and bottled after less than a year is elegant and creamy. Food and wine match: this wine will combine very well with your chocolate desserts but also with spicy dishes such as rib of beef in pepper crust or duck breast with cherries.
