Domaine de la Perdrix

A family estate founded in 1820, now driven with passion by André and Virginie Gil and in organic conversion since 2018. We have 32 hectares of vineyards in Trouillas, in the heart of the Aspres region, in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Our terroir is a mosaic of rough, dry soils spread over many parcels with different altitudes and micro-climates. To ensure we retain the expression of these different terroirs, each parcel is vinified separately. The blends are then made with the aim of obtaining an elegant balance between the fruit, body, tannins and aging potential and expression.
