An old tradition states that a little part of the harvest for Natural sweet wines is not fortified but discretely stored in the corner of the cellars, ending its fermentation inside old barrels for a few years of maturation. Ageing: Ageing by natural oxidation in barrels. Tasting notes: Beautiful amber robe. The nose is complex and includes nuts aromas, fresh almonds and coconuts with a final touch of roasting. The taste gives an impressive freshness, alongside spices and vanilla note.
